Wonderful news one and all, Swansea Community Boat is now running trips up the River Tawe.  We are truly grateful for all the help everyone has given over the years to enable us to have a public boat for Swansea.  Bookings are now being taken so please contact our Boat Manager Wayne Morgan on 07785347549 if you would like a trip on the river.  See you all soon and there will be many more updates to follow.

Good luck to all the runners taking part in the Swansea Bay 10k on Sunday!  We’re also going to be open between 2pm and 4pm to welcome as many members and the general public on board to meet our new crew and find out what’s been going on with Swansea Community Boat.  Our new staff members and volunteers have been working very hard to get everything up and running which means we will hopefully be running trips very soon.  So come along to the boat for a chat and find out all the latest news!

Thank you to everyone for coming to the quiz night on the 24th of August. It was great fun and with your help, we managed to raise an impressive £400+ that will be matched by HSBC so the grand total will be marvellous £900! See you all soon and stay tuned for updates on the boat

Come on down to the Swansea Yacht and Sub Aqua Club on Wednseday the 24th of August and flex your grey matter in our fund raising quiz night.

Entry is £6 with a basket meal included in the price.

Things start at 7:30pm and we’ll update everyone on what’s happening with the boat.

Everyone is welcome so bring friends and family to help make this evening a success!
